- Functional strength and conditioning and cross training sessions included as part of your program
- Ongoing support and contact with your coach as required, Monday to Friday via face to face, email and phone
- Technique feedback, video analysis/modification plan if necessary
- Pre-event preview or post-event review sessions
- Coach’s information, advice and documents covering a variety of training topics including race nutrition, event strategy, gear and mental preparation
- Race day advice, pacing and support by the coach where necessary
