Boxing with Millie is my favourite exercise and tricep dips my least however she always makes the sessions enjoyable.

Millie is hands down, no contest the best trainer I ever had. Her classes are always varied, fun, and she will push you beyond your boundaries. Thanks to her City to Surf running program originally, I finally managed to shift my running into the next gear, and have now completed 2 marathons, 3 halfs and numerous other fun runs. I never would have done this without Millie’s encouragement and invaluable tips! I love how positive and bright she always is, whether it is 6am or 6pm, raining or shining.

I first trained with Millie when she was a fitness instructor at our workplace gym at Ernst & Young. In this time she was a highly respected member of the gym team and provided all of our staff and partners with highly personalised, and energetic service. Millie then went on to start her own personal training business and was my personal trainer for a number of years. During this time she motivated me to achieve a number of health and fitness goals, including running 10km, City to Surf, and a half marathon. It’s fair to say that I’m not the most consistent with my training but Millie has taught me enough to know how to get my butt into gear and when I really want to get results or train for something – she is the first person I call! She walks the talk with fitness and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for guidance, motivation, and tangible results with their health and fitness.
